I order this machine before 7-8 days and I got this machine and include Grinder G5 and I see build quality is quite impressive and the grinder is very solid material and very heavy in weight and Grinder Grind in very quick.
I got this product yesterday and I use it first time and it's my first espresso and i want to say it's a emotion because i love to enjoy espresso and latte.
So as a coffee lover i decide to enjoy it at home daily.
So lets talk about machine the machine is very essy and simple to use.
I got very perfect espresso at 92 degree temprature and in forst go i got perfect espresso and i wanna add here I add grounds by estimate because i don't have scale to measure the beans but still i Got a beautiful espresso shot and I never try to make Micro Milk form and in 4th try I achieve almost 50-60% perfection in Milk frost because this machine is actually easy to use.

Got the H10a and a G5 grinder. Very good extraction every single time. The machine comes with a a pair of non pressurised and a dual cup pressurised basket if we need to extract preground. It also has a prebrew functionality which i find useful.
The steam wand is difficult to position on the drip tray if I’m using two cups. Very happy with the purchase.
And yes, the team is very responsive and helpful as well

At 1600 rpm, this beast grinds my 22g beans in just 4 seconds. WOW !!.
If you have used anything less than a 64mm burr grinder, then you are in for a surprise. This grinder will open up the clarity in the flavor notes and completely change the taste of the espresso.
The retention is very low (around 0.1g) if you use the bellows and the stepless adjustment makes it very easy to dial in the coffee precisely. I have yet not faced any stalling issues but i usually don't cold start grinding the beans. even though i bought it with DLC espresso burrs, the quality of pour over and cold brew is also very high.
The grind is very consistent once the new burrs are seasoned. You will have to push through around 7kgs of coffee beans to season the burrs as they are bigger.
The best thing that i like about this grinder other than the 83mm burrs is the Variable RPM. Lowering the RPM reduces the complexity of the final espresso which will suit the pallet of new players who are getting into the coffee game. But i wouldn't recommend going any lower than 900.
