Being someone who just started brewing espressos a few months ago, the DF54 came highly recommended by a friend along with Fix Coffee. I decided to go for it since pre-ground coffee was not cutting it for me. It's been a little while since I've been using it and I'm super happy with it since it is easy to use (once you watch a few videos and toy around for the ideal grind size for you). If you clean it regularly and use it as it''s supposed to be, it will give the best results. For me, the 8 setting worked in giving the best extraction with crema.

I always wanted to own a df series grinder but it was not listed as a bundle. Thanks to fixcoffee support, they were able to create a bundle for df54 and h10plus which I immediately ordered.
Love the grinder, very stylish, does its job rather quietly and built like a tank to last. I got df54 instead of df64 because its less noisy and has a smaller footprint. It goes well with a matching colour H10plus machine and both pull fantastic coffee shots together.
My go to setting is grind size 10, 18gms medium roast beans in, 45gms out in 30 seconds. Lovely crema on the coffee, great taste and takes under 3mins to make a coffee. I also heard df54 is in short stock globally but fixcoffee was able to deliver one rather quickly, so thanks to their team for the good service!!
Bought this machine after a thorough review of all options and selected H10plus since it had all features for a home barista to control their coffee brewing process and experience.
