Upgraded from Timemore C2 after almost 4 years of using it amd the difference is night and day. Great cleaner cups and more consistent grinds
The Cube coffee 2.0 is a great weight scale to start with.
Coming from using a timemore one.
It does have everything a great scale should have and is more than enough to do everything needed.
But there is one plus and minus for its size.
If you are using it with a espresso machine. Its plus for you. The scale is compact enough to work as a espresso machine scale. Smaller as compared to timemore.
Minus is for those who are more into manual brew style coffee. It size. Most of my equipments atleast are a very tight fit. But its not something you should not choose it for.
Plus side for manual brewing is the pour over mode. Its works better than other and give you ratio of brew as well.
If you are starting your journey with coffee and started experimenting with grind size and roasts of coffee beans.
Go for it. It is a must have if you have a manual or semi auto espresso machine. Its great as well for some type of manual brew method as well.
I was skeptical spending 10k on a manual grinder. But i have to say this one is really good one. Using it for both pour over as well as espresso. It take some time and effort to get your desired click setting. But yeah the fun it is to play with is good.
One small down side is there is no counter for rotations. But that only matters if you experiment a lot.
Coming from few grinders like timemore C3S. This is something special.
It gives tough competition to kingrinder k6. Which is way more expensive in india right now.
