  • More Convenient External Adjustment: The externally adjustable manual coffee grinder is more user-friendly than the internal adjustment, making it easier for beginners. Its structure includes 60 grids per week, a maximum of 180 grids, with a precision of 0.016mm per grid.
  • 5 Grind Sieves for Sifting: Equipped with 5 sieves (300um, 400um, 500um, 600um, and 850um), the grinder allows for fine powder removal to enhance coffee flavor. For espresso, it is recommended to remove the sieve.
  • Magnetic Powder Bin: The powder bin, secured by 72 magnets, is easy to attach and detach, offering a convenient alternative to knob-type containers. It has a 20g capacity, suitable for daily home use.
  • Original "Rapidity-3 Grinding Burr": The R3 Coffee Grinder features a CNC420 stainless steel burr with sharp, precise cutting ability, ensuring efficient grinding and reducing micro-powder production.

The perfect high end but reasonably priced grinder

My experience with the R3 has been great so far. It has a wide range of adjustment of grind size and I have used it for Espresso, French Press and Pour Over.
The flavour of the coffee is very nice everytime, the clarity is great and the body is good.
It's very consistent with grinding and easy to clean.
The included sieves are an added bonus. One should definitely try both methods, with the sieve and without the sieve to discover what you prefer.

Solid manual grinder that delivers

Pros:

- The build quality of this grinder is excellent. It feels incredibly solid and premium right from the moment you hold it.
- The grind consistency is fantastic, especially for espresso. Even as a beginner, I found the grounds to be quite suitable for brewing, delivering great results.
- The grinder comes with additional mesh screens to help remove fines, making it versatile for various brewing methods.
- As with most manual grinders, there’s a bit of a workout for your arms, but I enjoy this aspect. Grinding ~15g of medium-dark roast beans took me around ~45 seconds, which felt like a nice balance of effort and efficiency.

Cons:

- One downside is static build-up, which can cause the grounds to stick to the grinder. However, it’s easy to manage by adding a drop of water before grinding or shaking the grinder after use.
- Since this is my first manual grinder, I lack the experience to compare it in detail to other models, though I can still appreciate its performance.

It's a robust and well-crafted manual grinder with a premium feel. As a beginner, I find it an impressive introduction to manual grinding. Experienced users might appreciate its build quality and performance even more!
